1 diced onions

1 teaspoon oil

4 fresh tomatoes

1 jar Passata

1 teaspoon vegetable powder

Basil

1 bag fresh spinach

225g bag pasta

4 bagels
-
cream cheese to spread
Instructions
Sauté’ onion, and fresh tomato in oil, add passata and simmer and reduce, add vegetable powder and spinach
Cook pasta, once tender gently combine ingredients
Halve bagels, toast spread with cream cheese and divide into quarters and serve
